About Walker Grigsby

H. Walker Grigdesby brings a powerful combination of legal training and real-world experience to every client he serves. With a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws from Indiana University, he sharpened his skills with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office and Public Defender Agency. There, he prosecuted and defended misdemeanor and felony cases, mastering the art of litigation—from reviewing charges and negotiating pleas to taking cases to trial. His hands-on experience makes him a relentless advocate in criminal law and civil litigation, dedicated to pursuing justice for those he represents.

Before entering law, Walker built a distinguished career at Eli Lilly and Company, retiring recently after saving many millions through innovative procurement and data strategies. This corporate expertise uniquely equips him to handle complex ERISA and bankruptcy cases, where precision and financial acumen are critical. As a retired Brigadier General who served the Adjutant General, Indiana National Guard, he also understands the challenges veterans face, bringing insight and determination to veterans law and social security law. His diverse background ensures he approaches each case with a strategic mindset, tailored to the specific needs of his clients.
